Where do you start for a review of the Mexican connection? They’ve been a staple of this community for a long time. Their food is excellent and their services choice is good. I always feel like family coming into the store. Their menu was full. Your belly is even fuller when you leave.
The place is a bit dingy but the food was very good! I had a taco dinner that came with two tacos, beans, and rice for 10.99. The shells were cooked just the way I liked them and the hot sauce they gave me was TOP NOTCH. The beans were some of the best I'd ever had! Quite the value meal at 10.99 for the amount of food I got and the quality, too! My son's nachos were a bit lackluster on the presentation but he agreed that the beans were amazing. My youngest got a corn dog meal and we were pleased to see it come with huge steak fries. They also give you chips and REALLY GOOD salsa upon sitting down and apparently you get refills too because we were refilled twice I think. The restaurant is old, dated, but it had its own nostalgic charm. Food was great. Service was good, but nothing spectacular. I can see why this place has been in business so long, though.
I have been going here since they opened in the early 80’s . Hugo’s Mother , Wife , and his kid’s and there staff are great. My wife and I always get the Chimichangas dinner and the Enchiladas dinner with guacamole and sour cream . I always ask for half refill on chips and they always give a overflowing refill. We have never had a bad meal here. They're food is awesome! I haven't found a better Mexican restaurant.
Amazing food, and even better service! I had mistakenly left behind my Invisalign, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find them. I am so grateful! Highly recommend this restaurant for a great lunch.
After my previous review... this is what I get for take out... almost no beans. I paid extra for fajita steak wet burrito with extra cheese. The steak is very tough....I could have gotten more from taco bell in their 5 meal deal
Cute restaurant with super friendly and attentive service. The food was delicious! Even the sides that came with my dinner were so tasty! Definitely plan to go back. Please note: cash is preferred, though cards are accepted.
We went back again a couple weeks ago, the food was very delicious as always and the staff was friendly as well, love the interior and you get to pick where you want to sit!
